Non-defective returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective products: Accepted within 30 days for a free return or exchange. We cover return shipping.
Outside the United States

Non-defective returns: Accepted within 21 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective products: Accepted within 35 days for a free return or exchange. We will reimburse return shipping up to $15 USD, or the actual return shipping cost, whichever is lower.
