I’ve been using this smartwatch and have found its blood pressure readings to be noticeably more accurate than other brands I’ve tried. It is FDA 510(k) cleared. While it’s not quite as precise as a traditional upper-arm blood pressure monitor, the results are consistently close and reliable for everyday tracking.

The companion app adds a lot of value by analyzing my blood pressure trends and offering meaningful insights and recommendations. One feature I especially like is the cross-analysis between sleep and blood pressure. After the app flagged my poor sleep patterns and suggested I consult a doctor, I did—and discovered my blood pressure medication was affecting my sleep. After my doctor adjusted the prescription, my sleep has started to improve.

Overall, this is a strong product. It is larger than a typical smartwatch, but that trade-off is reasonable given it’s designed as a medical device.

I purchased the upper-arm blood pressure monitor, and the readings are very comparable to my older Omron unit—consistently similar results. The design is also much more modern, and the large LCD screen is clear and easy to read.

I also appreciate the Bluetooth connection to the app, which makes it simple to track and store my measurements on my phone. One of my favorite features is the ability to share my data with my daughter—she’s a doctor—so she can stay informed and help me understand what’s going on over time.

There are plenty of inexpensive body scales on the market, but this one stands out because it can cross-analyze weight and blood pressure. That makes it genuinely different and more useful.

I struggle with being overweight, and it has clearly contributed to my high blood pressure. The scale helps keep me accountable by alerting me to pay close attention to both my weight and my blood pressure trends. Because of that, I ended up purchasing their blood pressure monitor as well.
